29-30 November 2012 will be the next event, the International Science and Practical Symposium (with the results of the first event - the Roundtable with the participation of the Italy, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, France, United Kingdom and Ukraine, which took place on October 23, 2012 - can be found HERE): Internet-Conference “LOW-CARBON OPEN INNOVATION for REGIONS of UKRAINE”, which begins November 29, 2012 at 10:00 am the mail page of the website www.lcoir-ua.eu, and acceptance of applications for participation in the virtual Internet-Conference (using Webcast Ustream, Video of Skype or E-mail) and materials for publication of Proceedings of the International Scientific and Practical Symposium “LOW-CARBON OPEN INNOVATION for REGIONS of UKRAINE” ends November 26, 2012 (inclusive).

On a Internet-Conference "Low-Carbon Open Innovation for Regions of Ukraine" will be considered fundamental and applied, scientific, social, economic and legal issues of development and deployment of low-carbon, environmental, energy-saving technologies and innovations in Ukraine and in other countries.

The deadlines for submission of documents are:

November 26 (inclusive) - Form members online conference, which, together with the application form is abstract in three languages (Ukrainian, Russian and English) and article on one of these three languages (see Rules for abstracts and articles) to participate in online conferences and publications in the Proceedings of the Symposium;

November 26-27 - will be sent to authors of articles reviewing the results and conditions of payment of the registration fee online conference participants;

November 29-30 - an online Internet-Conference (posting articles on the web site: www.lcoir-ua.eu, - and their discussion in online comments);

December 10-15 - sending copies of copyright Proceedings of the Symposium.
